Women Runners Who Rule

Brie Felnagle is an NCAA champ in the 1500 and DMR and 12x All American. She finished 3rd this season at the USA indoor championships in the mile and posted 15:14 in the 5k. I decided to feature a lady who knows what it means to compete at an elite level.  In an earlier episode, Jenny Hadfield and I discussed the performances of women runners over the past 30 years and it’s clear that women are improving at a staggering rate as opposed to the male counter parts in the sport.  Listen to a candid conversation with Brie and our host Richard Diaz.
